Payment

Clients have three options to pay; the main payment plan, the 6-week catchup program, or one-time payment. Our main payment plan covers clients initial deposit of $230 and $230 weekly program fees plus additional online ACH fees. Clients may be approved to participate in a 6-week catch-up payment program, which satisfies the $230 deposit and $230 program fee per month for 6 weeks (plus ACH fees). Participation requires approval by Big Brother staff, and deposits are non-refundable until the 6-week period is completed.

Payments are processed through Stripe using debit cards, credit cards, or other supported payment methods.

To avoid the ACH fee upcharge, clients are welcomed to pay any fees via Cash or Check. Due by Sunday night at midnight to Big Brother staff.
