Payment

Clients have three options to pay; the main payment plan, the 3-month catchup program, or by contacting staff to pay via cash/one-time payment. Our main payment plan covers clients initial deposit of $1,000 and $1,200 monthly program fees plus additional online ACH fees. Clients may be approved to participate in a 13-week catch-up payment program, which satisfies the $1,000 deposit and $1,200 program fee per month for three months (plus ACH fees) through weekly payments. Participation requires approval by Big Brother staff, and deposits are non-refundable until the 13-week period is completed.

Payments are processed through Stripe using debit cards, credit cards, or other supported payment methods.
